A recruitment process run by ERHR Recruitment typically follows these steps:
Shortly after upload of your CV and your application (if required), you will receive a confirmation by email, so you know that we have received your documents. Sometimes the email ends up in the spam filter, so please check the ‘Unwanted mail’-folder or contact us if you do not receive the confirmation.

We review all incoming applications on a continuous basis. Depending on the specific job, your qualifications, and the recruitment process in question, you will normally be contacted within two weeks from the date you filed your application.
If we agree to continue the process, we make an appointment for an initial interview – either in our office in Silkeborg or Copenhagen, or in a location central to the company – or online.
During the interview, we provide you with more information about the job, and you present yourself, your background, and qualifications. We review your CV, etc.
After the initial interview, we typically choose 3-4 candidates, who will receive an invitation for an interview with the company. We do not present you to the company without prior consent.
You will have your cognitive abilities tested via a professional test tool and after completion of the test, you will receive a professional evaluation and feedback. We have a data processor agreement with all our customers, which ensures that you information is handled in accordance with applicable law.
At the first interview with the company, the consultant with whom you had the initial interview attends as well. The interview is held either at ERHR Recruitment’s facilities, at the company or in a neutral location.
The first interview is primarily about checking the chemistry, clarification of the role, alignment of expectations and elaboration of next steps in the process.
If we agree on continuing the process after the first interview with the company, you will typically be asked to complete a person profile and a cognitive IQ test prior to a second interview. Sometimes, the company will ask you to prepare a case study on a given topic.
The second interview will centre around the person profile and the case study if such has been prepared. In case of a positive outcome, you will soon receive an employment contract from the company for you to review and sign.
You can be asked to provide us with 2-3 references whom we will contact to confirm our impression of you. The references can be previous managers, employees, etc. We do not obtain references without your consent.
Within the first few months after you have started your new job, we will contact you to hear how you are doing.
