Effektiv Rekruttering’s recruitment process typically consists of the following steps:
Shortly after uploading your CV and cover letter (if required), you will get an e-mail confirming that we have received your application.
We review all applications we receive on an on-going basis. Depending on the specific vacancy, your qualifications and the nature of the recruitment process pertaining to the vacancy you have applied for, you will generally be contacted within 14 days upon receipt of your application.
If we agree to move on in the process, we will arrange an initial interview at our office in Silkeborg, somewhere central in relation to the employer or via Skype.
During this meeting we will provide you with more information about the vacancy. You will also be expected to present your educational background and qualifications. We will also discuss your CV and other supporting documents.
Once we have completed the first round of interviews with candidates, we typically select 3-4 to proceed to the next step, which is an interview with the employer. The selected candidates will have their cognitive abilities tested. We use the PI Learning Indicator test for this.
Once you have completed the test, you will receive a professional evaluation and feedback on the results. The PI Learning Indicator is a professional testing tool.
The consultant you have been in contact with during the initial stages of the process will naturally also be present at the first meeting/interview with the company. The meeting will be arranged either at Effektiv Rekruttering’s offices in Silkeborg, at the employer’s offices or in a discrete/neutral place.
The first meeting is very much about gauging chemistry, clarifying what the job entails, matching expectations and discussing what happens next.
If all parties agree to continue the process after the first presentation meeting, you will typically be asked to complete a personality test prior to the next meeting with the employer. In some cases the company will arrange a mock assignment.
The second presentation meeting will revolve around the personality test and mock assignment (if one was arranged). If this meeting has a positive outcome, you will shortly thereafter receive an employment contract from the company/organisation to read over and sign.
You will be asked to provide 2-3 references, who we will contact to verify our assessment of you as a candidate. References could be former managers, colleagues, etc.
Once you have started in your new job, we will get in touch within the first couple months to hear how you are getting on.
