Declaration of consent

When applying for vacancies via our website www.erhr.dk, you automatically consent to ERHR collecting and saving the following data:

• Application (including CV) - saved for 6 months.

• Contact information (including name, telephone number and e-mail address) - saved for 2 years.
  Provided you have given your consent, your contact details may be saved for an additional 2 years at a time.

As an applicant you are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to the collection and saving of information in connection with your participation in a recruitment process.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to ERHR passing on information that has been collected through your participation in a recruitment process to the client/organisation/company at which you have sought employment. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must contact ERHR to agree on specific conditions regarding the processing of your information.

ERHR’s data collection, saving and processing policy is intended to ensure a high ethical and security standard, and has been prepared in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Agency’s guidelines and the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
