For our client; ALL NRG we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with KAM responsibility to their Wind division to strengthen their sales team. We offer a unique opportunity where you will be part of an international sales team and play a key role in further developing and strengthening the commercial relationships with large accounts as well as developing and implementing market strategies within manpower solutions.

ALL NRG provide manning and project solutions mainly to the off-shore wind market and most of their customers are based in Northern Europe. Their key customers are among others OEMs, utilities and sub-suppliers.

Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Drive sales in your target areas by providing solutions to clients including effectively managing the sales cycle
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key clients
  • Coordinate and follow-up on sales actions
  • Support marketing activities
  • Develop and implement new market strategies and initiatives for your areas of responsibility
  • Monitor market trends and competitive environment to identify and enhance sales and performance opportunities

The candidate

You have experience within contracting and sales as well as relationship building and have successfully demonstrated power of market penetration and sales. Experience from the wind industry is an advantage, alternatively experience with delivering manpower and solutions to industries or productions where you have worked both strategically and operationally.

You have excellent business acumen and strong commercial as well as negotiation skills. You have experience with managing large tenders, and your international background and solid experience with contracting have provided you with a fundamental understanding of both Danish and international commercial law.

  • Possess a natural ability to engage and motivate teams for a joint effort
  • A team player and able to create relationships across groups and cultures
  • Hands-on both in terms of sales, follow-up and reporting

Professional qualifications

  • Relevant academic, commercial, or technical education at minimum bachelor level
  • You are fluent in Danish and English

The position is based at our headquarters in Lystrup outside Aarhus and extensive travel activities are expected.
