Executive Assistant to CEO, Joe & the Juice
Joe & The Juice was established in 2002 by Kaspar Basse with the first store opening in Copenhagen. By 2017 the number had grown to nearly 300 stores, including several international markets. In 2013, part of the company was sold to the Swedish equity fund Valedo Partners, followed by the American equity fund, General Atlantic, who became a part owner in 2016.

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant for the CEO, based at HQ in the centre of Copenhagen.
As the Executive Assistant you report to the CEO and carry an important and vital role in a growing and fast-moving international organization.
You might have experience from a similar role and probably hold a MSc in Economics & Business Administration. You have solid business acumen and strong communication skills. You have a strong personal drive, proactive and the ability to act across organisation and cultural barriers.
You are a dedicated person with a high drive and willing to invest the time needed to perform and be succesfull in the position.
Organize and prioritizes large volumes of information and contacts. Screen incoming correspondence determine level of priority and responds independently when possible.
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and action items for meetings.
Create and develop high-impact visual presentations.
Schedule and organizes programs, events, meetings and conferences by arranging facilities, issuing information and invitations, coordinating participants and agenda. Control event budgets.
Prepare recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs in corporation with the finance department.
Handle confidential and non-routine information with a high level of professionalism.
Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files.
Arrange travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Uses internal resources to enhance knowledge and expertise of industry, research, products and services.
3 -5 year’s experience with Executive support, preferably in an international company and/or consultancy firm.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
The ability to quickly learn systems, policies and processes specific to the company.
Strong communication and stakeholder service skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to adapt communication as needed and be effective with a variety of individuals and stakeholders.
Proactive problem solver, and able to come up with creative solutions and remain calm in a very fast‐paced environment.
Commitment to providing high quality work. Respond to requests in a timely fashion and maintain professionalism at all times.
Reachable outside normal business hours when needed.
Ability to focus on detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Must be able to effectively move items forward and see tasks through completion; detail oriented, organized, and able to multi‐task and prioritize.
Trustworthy and able to perform under the highest confidence.
