Joe & The Juice was established in 2002 by Kaspar Basse with the first store opening in Copenhagen. By 2017 the number has grown to nearly 300 stores, including several international markets. In 2013, part of the company was sold to the Swedish equity fund Valedo Partners, followed by the American equity fund, General Atlantic, who became a part owner in 2016.

We are looking for a bright and driven Business Analyst for the HR Shift planning division based at HQ in
You will be part of a small team responsible for controlling one of Joe & The Juice’s major cost centers, while putting your personal imprint on developing systems and reporting’s to intelligently optimize the area.
The department in not your traditional Human Resources department, as the majority of our daily work is centered around business optimizations and cost controlling, while focusing on strategically developing business aspects from a data driven perspective.
Your tasks will primarily consist of analyzing and visualizing data to the organization, providing the local management with tools to ensure optimization of the business.
Controlling of salary cost in the company’s stores on group level, having frequent dialogue with managers in all markets.
Analyzing data to develop new systematic approaches and reports to intelligently optimize shift planning in close collaboration with Business intelligence and the IT department.
Responsible for defining and developing principals for shift planning and controlling of these to eventually implement as automated IT solution in the internal ERP system (Work planner).
Forecasting of salary costs on a yearly and monthly basis ensuring alignment with budgets.
Daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting to both local management and top management.
You probably have 2 years of experience from a similar role and might hold a MSc in Economics & Business Administration. You have an understanding of HR processes and thrive doing number-crunching since the tasks to a large extent will consist of hands-on data handling and consolidation. You thrive with a high degree of responsibility and like to work independently. With a solid mathematical basis and communication skills combined, you present the essence of your analyses. Your need for development and your strong personal drive make you proactive and competent to transact business.
Bachelor’s degree, MSc or mathematical education .
Experience with Data Analytics (e.g. machine learning, visualization, simulation and data analytics).
Know how to fill in your role effectively in an entrepreneurial organization.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Very structured and with strong analytic skills.
Super user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Creative approach to optimize processes regardless of size and complexity.
